I posted a new picture called "Love is not like anything" which is a re shoot of a very similar photo i once had in my gallery. I had shot the old one back in high school with my film camera. it was black and white and after i scanned it into my computer i made some edits to it that i now no longer like. i deleted it from my gallery but no longer had the unedited scanned copy. i have the hard copy of the photo but the scanner i have now sucks so i thought it would be better to just re shoot the whole thing. The shot i posted involves no fake blood but i did take some with some fake blood and ill be posting at least one of those later.

So i didn't get my camera into the Blink show, don't really want to talk about it...but anyways! i have The Used show coming up in Nov and i know i can take my camera to that show. a day after that show i have a Glassjaw show and i'm pretty sure i can take my camera to that show as well. with any luck i'll get some good shot from those shows!

so now im going to ramble/vent a little. i often wonder why i have little to no comments on the pictures within my gallery. i myself feel that i have some pretty good pictures, they make me happy, and i in no way need validation of that. i just would like some comments you know? i often comment people, especially those who have no comments on a photo that i'm looking at. I hope that it will inspire them to look into my gallery because when someone comments me i do just that. i do have a decent amount of watchers, but a lot of them are inactive and it makes me sad. i don't know if its just because i don't sit on deviant all day or because i don't have a paid account, but people just aren't that active on my page. in the end i know that all that really matters is that i love my deviant page and i love my gallery. i love having a place to "hang" my art if you will and browse others and if that gallery must be silent then so be it.
